Stage 1 - Foundation options, room options, exterior decks, downstairs optional fireplaces, and French doors (Selections made at neighborhood sales office)
Stage 2 - Showerheads, hardware finish packages, plumbing hose bibs, and wet bars
Stage 3 - Appliances, cabinets, interior doors, wardrobe closet organizers and doors, stairs, electrical, low voltage, finish trim, and garage door styles
Stage 4 - All countertops and bath surrounds, bath enclosures, sink and faucet upgrades, and interior paint
Stage 5 - Interior flooring, garage flooring, garage organizers, rain gutters, retractable screens, and window treatments
